Clinical Assistant
Zhina Majedi is a Clinical Assistant at London Paediatric Clinic, supporting both Dr Chaban and Dr Martinez-Biarge across neurodevelopmental assessments, clinical administration, and the psychology-related aspects of patient care. She plays an important role in helping the assessment process run smoothly, working closely with both consultants to support families from initial enquiry through to assessment and follow-up.
Zhina holds a First-Class BA in Psychology and is currently completing an MSc in Child Development at UCL. She brings a strong academic grounding in child development and psychology to her role, supporting the clinical team and helping ensure families feel informed and well cared for throughout the assessment process.
Supporting the Assessment Process
Zhina supports Dr Chaban and Dr Martinez-Biarge throughout the neurodevelopmental assessment process, helping to prepare and coordinate assessments and ensuring everything is in place before, during, and after each appointment. This includes liaising with families, coordinating assessment materials, and supporting the practical running of each session under the consultants' clinical supervision.
She also helps coordinate related administration, including reports, referrals, and follow-up arrangements, while remaining available to assist parents with questions along the way.

Zhina understands that attending a neurodevelopmental assessment can feel daunting for both children and parents. Her aim is to help make the experience as calm, clear, and reassuring as possible for every family she supports.
Known for her friendly, attentive, and organised approach, Zhina takes the time to listen, answer practical questions, and make sure parents and children feel comfortable and well supported throughout their visit to the clinic.
