Dr Miriam Martinez-Biarge is a highly experienced Consultant Paediatrician and Neonatologist with specialist expertise in neurodevelopmental paediatrics. Dr Martinez-Biarge is a Consultant Paediatrician with specialist expertise in Neonatal and Neurodevelopmental Medicine. After qualifying in medicine in 1999, she completed her training in paediatrics and neonatal medicine in Madrid before obtaining a PhD in Paediatrics in 2009.
Research and Publications
Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Martinez-Biarge has pursued a distinguished academic and research career dedicated to improving outcomes for newborn babies and children with neurological and developmental conditions. Following completion of her PhD in Paediatrics, she has developed internationally recognised expertise in neonatal brain injury, neonatal neurology, and the long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes of premature and high-risk infants.
